2. Quote Requests & Estimates

Information you submit through our quote or contact forms is used to prepare a written estimate and to schedule any site visit that may be needed. A quote request is not a binding agreement to perform work, and any figures provided online or by phone before an on-site inspection are informational only. Final pricing, scope, warranty, and terms are set out in the written estimate or work order signed by both parties.

3. Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number or email through our forms, you consent to be contacted by Wilco (or a service provider acting on our behalf) at that number and email — by phone, text, or email — regarding your inquiry, estimate, or active project. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or asking us to remove you from outbound contact.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by Wilco or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilco and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wilco and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
